I assist Directors and Teachers through these challenging times in a way that leaves all parties feeling more positive and secure. I have 14 years experience providing affordable long-term and short-term consultation services to staff at Day Care and Preschool facilities in San Francisco and the East Bay. I can help you, your team, and the children and families you serve, in the following ways:

  • Observing children more closely in the classroom (with parent approval).
  • Meeting with teachers to strategize best ways to intervene and support children in their social and emotional development.
  • Meeting with teachers to strategize communication with parents.
  • Attending meetings with teachers and parents to address common concerns and to problem solve.
  • Meeting with Directors to resolve staff management concerns, parent/community concerns, or resolving CPS and Community Care Licensing issues.
  • Offering staff trainings on various topics.

Program Consultation

There are points at the workplace when conflict arises between staff members or a team of employees and a manager. There are other points when staff reaches burn-out and management is concerned about productivity and employee well-being.

I assist office and school management to resolve staff conflict and build stronger communication. I also lead workshops on stress management and self-care. The purpose is to help teams of employees build skills that will enable them to work effectively and to maintain passion and enthusiasm for their work.
